We stand by the quality of our gear. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund! Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

To resolve the issue quickly, please include a clear photo of the damaged item and a brief description of the problem when you reach out.

Lost in Transit

If your tracking information indicates that your package was lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will dispatch a replacement order for you.
