All products are made-to-order. Our standard production time is 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification as soon as your gear is crafted and dispatched.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 2 to 7 business days after the item leaves the production facility.
We offer global shipping. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs processes, typically ranging from 10 to 30 business days. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. NEONAIRS is not responsible for these charges.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this to check its status on the carrier's website. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
